Q. How do I place my order?

A. We take orders over the phone, but you can also submit your order through our website. Once the booking form is filled out and payment is received your yard card is reserved. You may reach us at 910-336-7786 or via email at cyardcards8@yahoo.com

 

We will  set up your yard  sign the night before your event.

 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash. Once we confirm your order, we will generate an invoice and email it to you. This will allow you to provide a secure payment .

 

Q. Are your yard cards for purchase or rent?

A. We do not sell our lawn cards they are  rental. 

 

Q.Where do you deliver?

A. Angier, Autryville, Benson, Bladenboro, Buies Creek, Bunnlevel, Cameron, Coats, Dunn, Erwin, Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, Fuquay Varina, Garland, Grays Creek, Hope Mills, Lillington, Lumberton, Parkton, Pinehurst, Raeford, Red Springs, Rockfish, Sanford, Shannon, Southern Pines, Spring Lake, Stedman, ST Paul,Vass, Whispering Pines, North CarolinaPlease feel free to contact us if your area is not listed 910-336-7786!!

Q. Does somebody have to be home during the delivery or pickup?

A. No

 

Q. Is there a delivery charge?  

A. There is no delivery charge if the delivery address is 35 miles or less from our office 4846 Rosehill Rd. Fayetteville,NC 28311

Delivery addresses 36-45 miles from our office will incur a $15-25 delivery fee. Please email or call us with the delivery address for a price quote. We use Google Maps to calculate delivery distances.

36-40 miles $25.00 Delivery Fee
41-45 miles $30.00 Delivery Fee

 

 

Q. Do you accept advance reservations?

A. We gladly accept all reservations. Our goal is to personalize and deliver your Stork Sign before mom and baby are discharged from the hospital. You can order ahead or call us from the hospital.

 

Q. How far in advance do I have to order the yard card display?

A. To insure that we have the signs that you want available for the day you choose, we recommend that you order as early as possible. We can take same day or next day orders.

 

Q. How far in advance should I order the Stork Sign?

A. Ordering a stork sign ahead of time is not necessary unless it’s for a baby shower or gender reveal party ETC . After the baby arrives, please call or email us the baby’s name (first & middle), birth date, weight, and length. We also need the delivery address, phone number, and if there is a sprinkler system in the yard

 

 

Q. What occasions can you help me celebrate?
A. We can help you celebrate a wide variety of occasions, including Birthdays, Holidays, Military Welcome Home, Baby Showers, New Babies, Anniversaries, Graduations and many more. If you celebrate it, we can help.

 

 

Q. Do you offer sibling & Grandparent signs?

A.Yes, we offer sibling star signs! The proud big brother(s) and sister(s) enjoy feeling included during this special time, and they especially love seeing their name displayed on the front lawn.Proud grandparents will also enjoy announcing to their neighbors and friends the arrival of their beautiful new grandchild with one of our beautiful storks or grandparent sign. The following options are available for sibling or grandparents signs:

Q. I live in an apartment, condo or somewhere I can't display the sign. Do you have an option for me?

A. Absolutely! You don’t have to have a yard to rent a stork. We have very sturdy portable stands that we attach the stork to. We also offer baby bundle Keepsake and they are the perfect size to hang on an apartment, condo, hospital door or office doors, and even make a great gift for the new grandparents!!!!

 

Q. When is delivery available?

A. Delivery is available 7 days a week!

 

Q.Do you deliver to businesses?

A. Yes

 

Q. What if I want to move the stork?

A. Please DO NOT attempt to move the stork. If it is necessary to move the stork please call us and we will move it for you. If you mow your yard during the stork rental period, please avoid areas close to the base of the stork and using a blower around it, it will damage the stork! We really appreciate you taking care of our storks so others can enjoy them too.
